I got the money about an hour later than our telephone call.
I must point out that the way you wanted to transfer into mums coop account is another scenario example of how our lives can be complicated by not holding a joint account where 2 cards can be obtained as previously stated.  The situation with mums coop account was such that I had already drawn the remainder of mums funds to top up the amount to scrape together and cover the bill for repairs. Further withdrawals from that account with only one card are not possible on the same day.
 
As a result and failing to get an explanation from Hugh, requested last week about why he has requested mum keeps her coop account, mum wishes to express that she hereby denies his request and insists her weekly funds are transferred to the Spanish account number listed on the previous email quoted so as to help in our on-going problems encountered financially that your not making any easier but in fact harder.
 
Please note in this email that having placed our last 20 euros into diesel to transport mums car home we are now currently absolutely broke with no funds what so ever until Friday next.
We therefore request that HUGH pay for the other 50% of the bill for repairs to a car that literally is Mums car not mine and therefore should not leave us in this position.
 
No change in the way Hugh Jones operates by bartering his way thro bills and expects that the problems will solve, is a false economy. When is he going to get his head around the fact that this money was designed to last 10 years not 20 and that those years are now up, his job is complete we want some peace whether we retire here or there but in reality after the property issue’s being resolved we really do not want much more to do with you, or Hugh.
 
We’ve had enough! Simply put!

If I send monies by BACS to the account below it will take three days. I could send a TT which would credit today however this would incur a charge and it could take until the end of the day.
It would be far better if I were to send these monies to Ann's co-op account as the transfer is almost instantaneous and free of charge.
Half of €710 equates to around £315.
 
Please confirm and I will arrange the transfer to the co-op account.

I have finally made contact with the landlord to check his bank details are correct to which he tells me were incorrect.

Further to the above the Mercedes transmission expert in Malaga telephoned me on Friday evening and believes that when Mercedes last completed their full/large service that we paid for which included the servicing of the transmission box regarding replacement of oil and filter, he believes it was not done.
 
He believes this because the oil was extremely black and he only managed to retrieve 4 litres where it should be 10 litres.
 
As a result he has now changed the gearbox oil and filter & likewise the engine oil and has test drove the vehicle for a distance of 50 kilometres without any faults and driven he believes perfectly.
 
He thinks the problem is resolved.
The cost of his diagnostic’s, labour and parts come’s to €710 euros. I have no funds available and mums funds only stand at 250 euros which mum is using for food n drink this week.
If you want confirmation of what I have been told I can give you Mr Dodd's telephone number but will require a bank transfer Monday morning to pay for repairs to release the only vehicle we have.
