DEAR Andrew CONWAY

I have noted your lack of response to the email sent below yesterday that is hereby now a 2nd copy that I take the liberty to attach COP form 1 filled out.

We now would like to know that the court is acting on this matter by return.

IT IS OF COURSE MARKED URGENT

Please treat it as such.

Dear Andrew

Your reply was of NO USE what so ever.

You are trying to DELAY or prevaricate or create frustration.. this is known as misconduct in public office.

I have LAID out an application for a JURY hearing to lift the VOID ring fencing of my mother’s home and to CLAIM losses from YOU.

As her sole representative my mother has no wish for LEGAL representation as she has LAWFUL REPRESENTATION!

THAT being ME Andrew and I am entitled to be so, DO YOU UNDERSTAND?

JUDGE JACKSON made it clear in the 169 pages provided that any further application had to come before him!

NOW perhaps you ought to inform him.

You have by fraudulent means STOLEN the use of my mother’s home by ring fencing it?

She resides outside your jurisdiction and WILL remain so and thus demands the return of her property that you also NOW have NO JURISDICTION over.

IF you are refusing to LAY our claim then we shall have to file upon you a CLAIM of misconduct in public office!

Good morning,

Thank you for your email, the first set of forms will be necessary to access and manage the property and financial affairs,  if your mother has lost capacity to make decisions. If your Mother has capacity to make decisions you will need to seek legal advice on how to proceed. The Court will only accept applications on behalf of someone who no longer has the capacity to make decisions.

Kind regards

Thank You Andrew

My mother’s capacity remains intact as per previous evidence submitted on many occasions.

This was evidenced by JUDGE JACKSON who agreed she had capacity to make a will.

However there was at this point only one asset remaining after your court had helped facilitate THEFT FRAUD AND MAL ADMINISTRATION.

This was her home, her house.

JUDGE JACKSON ring fenced that house so that it could not be sold without a further application to him.

He had of course no need to do this from the outset because within the will that he authorised then later criticised, it said under .. contrary to part 24 of the wills act and as a living will that any further claim of incapacity it would invoke the living will executor ME her son heir and 20 year carer.

Having placed such an order upon her property, after he had read the will that he authorised, he did in fact commit a ring-fence of that property when he had an executor LIVING within the LIVING WILL that clearly could have took control if JUDGE JACKSON was still claiming incapacity which he was. THIS SECTION OF THE ORDER was VOID.

We should not need to make any application to remove this order on its VOID status. A VOID order application has no fee STATUS.

It should also be noted clearly within the 169 page document sent to you that the COURT here are clearly accused of FRAUD & THEFT & MAL ADMINISTRATION where compensation for such is also applied for under the treasonous manner this case has been conducted.

A jury case is required.

FEES are not applicable in such criminal acts that are laid bare here.

EITHER way my mother and I clearly exist whilst in EXILE abroad on her pension alone which is of course FEE EXEMPT.

As for the COP forms you relate and after reading the above and or maybe perhaps the 169 pages you might be able to identify the EXACT FORM you may require because as of yet you have still only advised of a BUNDLE of forms to fill in NOT ONE?? OR DO YOU WANT ME TO FILL IN ALL OF THEM???

I contacted customer services for HELP can I now have some?
