I sent you yesterday a compressed pdf file that was as above within your Judicial limits to process also sent delivered by recorded receipt 5/2/2015

Today I also include a required CASEMAN file  for the court computerised file on this case that was originally requested on the 1st October 2014 but never received.

 

We are aware that under CPR rules the court is obligated to supply such information within 48hrs  otherwise could be construed as ‘FRAUD by CONCEALMENT’

The same document was delivered by recorded delivery on Thursday last week and so should be already available in hard copy but I have heard nothing is it possible you could track the hard copy down?
