RE: Leonard Michael Lawrence SL03D00938

.

I have recovered  COURT OF PROTECTION, MEDICAL CERTIFICATES CP3's including

those that Master Basil Yoxall, Queens Bench Division, Royal Courts of Justice

refused to disclose to Lord Justice Sir James Munby, President of the Court of Protection

and Family Division. The following is written on the forms:

.

THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM IS CONFIDENTIAL AND MUST

NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANY OTHER PARTY UNLESS THE COURT SO DIRECTS

IN THE MATTER OF

LEONARD MICHAEL LAWRENCE

COURT OF PROTECTION CP3

.

Detectives from the Serious and Organised Crime Branch have identified the above

documents, and many others, as too sensitive for them to view.

.

Ms Christou it is unclear under which authority as a Civil Servant you can overruled the

instructions of a Judge of the Court of Protection and expressed your own legal opinion,

dismissing that of the Chief Executive, Office of the Public Guardian, and Public Guardian.

.

Accordingly, Sarah Christou, Senior Operations Manager, Family Division, Royal Courts of

Justice Group do the police and others have your authority to view my documentation including

the COURT OF PROTECTION CP3's ?

.

Yours sincerely

.

Leonard Lawrence

Ministers 'blocking secret court reform': Concerns falling on deaf ears, says judge

  • Sir James Munby says the rule of the controversial court 'must change'
  • He says journalists must be allowed to attend hearings for open justice

By Steve Doughty for the Daily Mail

A senior judge yesterday accused ministers of blocking attempts to open the country’s most secretive court to public scrutiny. Appeals to the Coalition to allow the public to know what goes on in the controversial Court of Protection have ‘fallen on deaf ears’, the leading family law judge said.

Sir James Munby, president of the Family Division, drew ministers for the first time into the row over secret courts and their treatment of vulnerable people.

Sess Sigre, Senior Partner Turbervilles Solicitors, cannot produce a consent ORDER from Court of Protection that authorized Turbervilles Solicitors to sell 38 Dukes Wood Avenue for the sum £622,000. Why? Because the Court of Protection was never notified.

RE: Court of Protection

I would like to re-state that no application was ever made to the Court of Protection. Clearly it would have been the responsibility of the certificate holder, who I understand was your former wife’s solicitors.

You should enquire to your wife solicitors why they did not make the application to the Court.
