Dear Hugh Jones
You have no authority from my mother to ask for this information as her consent for you mal administer her affairs any further is refused.
With the evidence overwhelmingly to support her capacity and the corruption that surrounds your organisation I’m sorry but her authority takes precedence completely over yours now or any so called Protection racket you and PANNONE LLP associate yourselves with.
We are currently approaching clinical forensic specialists without your influence anymore on any matters.
Your attitude and manner of dealing with things is nothing short of diabolical.
You may or may not be aware of Channel 4 news exposure this week about the so called SPECIAL VISITOR corruption going on where visitors are in the main unqualified.
The trust was never there from the beginning but today as far as we are concerned our relationship is over with the exception of your liabilities to mum and me for compensation.

Subject: RE: liability
I note your request but, as you know, the tenancy period does not end until 10th April. Even then the potential liability remains. I can write to Mr O'Dell to confirm whether or not there is any outstanding liability.
However there is also the issue of the proceeds of sale of the Mercedes and the Christmas monies. You should have remitted the car sale proceeds to the deputyship account, but didn't. As far as the Christmas monies are concerned you have not provided me with details as to how they were spent. I am more concerned about the car proceeds than the Christmas money. I believe you could have received more than £10000 for the car. You did say at court that you had used these funds and I would appreciate a breakdown of how they were used.

This months money to me should be £1000 you have only sent £600.
The liability outstanding was only 2000 and thus u already have that on hold.
Please deposit the balance of £400 on top of the £600 already sent to my account to make it my monthly payment of £1000 as I was expecting it.
