Can we take it in the reply that a request to set the order aside is refused? If so;
Can we request a signed copy of the Judges order.
 
Further to the above we have one more question to be put to the “SPECIAL VISITOR”;
Can the “special visitor” please explain in full their qualifications to conduct such an assessment and also will they please cover in that explanation all their relevant experience in the conditions known as;
 
Expressive Dysphasia” &  Neurocognitive Psychology Expertise
 
We believe these matters to be of great importance.
