i attach an enquiry sent for a freedom of information request perhaps you could pre-empt the reply
by answering the questions below.

Further the claim form you refer which is clearly a statutory instrument of which i require no part, i did fill it in and it
was attached to the last email as a pdf.

As for the fee, i have explained that the fee is a statutory matter, my claim is not a statutory claim and as such i have one further question to add to this,
DOES THE QUEEN HAVE TO PAY A FEE for access?
