Dear David
Mother has received your email below.
My mother will post this evening to you a written request for not just the certificates but the full accounts with regard to where the entire funds have gone year by year over 10 years.
Other relocation expenses to be discussed later alongside the repatriation of vehicle.
With regard to mums request to transfer her house into JOINT BENEFICIAL TENANTS IN EQUITY mum would like an update to whom HUGH may have run matters by Judge wise etc,.
Due discussions with mum it has also brought about that she wishes me to be her BEST INTERESTS ADVOCATE where she struggles to get out her words on matters and as such we do not know the procedure for this please advise.
Mum wants it known again that her intention to come live in the UK again is based 100% solely on her wishes being met with regard to her retaining her house status into JOINT BENEFICIAL TENANTS IN EQUITY with me her son and she wishes me to remind you that failing this she intends to leave the country again to live in another country without such crushing regimes as the one we currently find ourselves under.
These matters David, under the financial circumstances, we deem as requiring immediate urgent attention.

I have spoken to Hugh and before we can release details of our charges for the duration of his Deputyship, we require an original signed request from your mother authorising us to release the information to you.
With regard to payment of relocation expenses, please provide me with detailed costs so that these can be considered.
Hugh is prepared to agree to the purchase of a vehicle through Motability, but because of the level of funds available, this will have to be one that does not require a deposit.  As for the Mercedes, the costs of maintaining it have always been your respoinsibility, however, in view of the fact that you intend to sell it (and on the assumption that the proceeds will be added to your mother's remaining capital under Hugh's control as Deputy), he is prepared to consider to pay for it to be returned to the UK.  Accordingly, please provide us with detailed costs for consideration.
